Hi people. Yahoo's opi service is not running anymore, so our site, statusdetect.com is not showing Online result. So if u see offline, the user is offline, if you see Online or Invisible that means the user is signed in into Yahoo Messenger. You can chat with him. It seems there is a problem at the image service too, we can NOT display the avatar. We hope this is just a temporary problem of the yahoo servers.

If you want to use our services, you just need to enter the yahoo id of your buddy. In case if you are not sure which is the yahoo id, i will tell you. The yahoo id is not that which you see in your messenger list, that is only a name which he/she set when he added you as a new contact. You can find out his or her yahoo id if you do the followings: 1.Right click on his/her name in your messenger list.
2.Click the Contact Details
3.The yahoo id can be found at the left-bottom of the appeared window, under the Yahoo! word.
That is the yahoo id which you have to enter on our site to check his/her status.

From now on our services are working fine again. We had some difficulties on our site at www.statusdetect.com. We changed our hosting company and we had to do some changes, that's why in the last few days our services were down. But now we're back again and want to be in the top again. We made what you were asking from us. Now you can see difference between an offline yahoo ID and a non-existent(invalid) yahoo ID. If you type in a yahoo id which is not existing, you'll see the message "Invalid Id". Try it out, and give us more ideas in the section "What we and you want to make in the near future".
